„Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.“

…goes a popular Buddhist-inspired saying. But how can you turn this wisdom into your daily life? I’m here to help you discover how.

About me

Hi, I’m Thomas. As a medical doctor, I’ve long been fascinated by how we can meet life’s difficulties with dignity and resilience. Naturally curious yet skeptical, I’ve both practiced and experienced a wide range of traditional and alternative modalities in medicine, therapy, and healing.

Among the various methods I’ve tried, one stands out as the most impactful. I’m committed to sharing this approach with those who seek it.

About the method

The inquiry method developed by Byron Katie, known as ‚The Work‘, is a simple yet powerful tool designed to let your stressful thoughts lose their power over you.

It’s possible to draw parallels between the practice and Zen Buddhism/Kōan, cognitive restructuring, or third-wave psychotherapy. However its real magic lies in what you discover through direct experience.

You may use it to simply reduce stress in daily situations, to thoroughly investigate the matrix of your belief system – or to break free from the narrow confines of ego-driven narratives altogether.

It might just be the mental firmware upgrade you didn’t know you needed.

This is a method of reduction, capable of removing every obstacle standing between you and unconditional love.

But as I like to say: „Don’t believe me, test it for yourself.“

Open mind, open heart.

How I work with you

As a facilitator, I aim to combine warmth with persistence and compassion with a methodical approach.

Beyond facilitating and coaching, I help you apply this method independently and, if you choose, integrate it fully into your life.

My coaching solutions are tailored to fit your pace and preferences—whether online or offline, individually or in groups, indoors or outdoors.
